Rhonda Barovsky, PsyD

Rhonda specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. She is the Host of the Feeling Good Podcast with Dr. David Burns! Rhonda has been practicing TEAM-CBT therapy since 2013 and is a Level 5 Certified TEAM-CBT therapist and trainer.

Rhonda provides consultation, training and supervision to other therapists, and can provide supervision to prepare TEAM-CBT therapists for Level 3. Currently, Rhonda is teaching a TEAM-CBT training group every Wednesday via Zoom, and is also a lead instructor in Dr. David Burns’ weekly Tuesday night Stanford group.

Amy Berner, LMFT

Amy is a Level 4 Certified TEAM-CBT therapist. She loves helping women heal from heartbreak after a divorce or breakup and provides a safe and non-judgmental space to explore and process complex emotions. Amy can also support relationship decision making and help guide you through life stage transitions like midlife crises, perimenopause, parenting, and retirement.

Sunny Choi, LCSW

Sunny works with adults, teens, couples and families for mood and relationship issues. As a former corporate high-tech employee, an immigrant, and an LGBTQ person of color, he can relate to many of your struggles. His approach to therapy over the last decade has been holistic. He learned TEAM-CBT from Dr. David Burns since 2014. He is a team lead at Dr Burns’ weekly Stanford class. For 20+ years, he has practiced and taught mindfulness meditation. He was a Dale Carnegie career coach. He collaborates with primary care physicians to create integrated treatments for teens and adults.

Heather Clague, MD

Heather works with adults who want help with depression, anxiety, relationships, or habit change. She is a level 5 certified TEAM therapist and trainer and provides consultation and training for therapists. In her work with patients, she integrates TEAM -CBT with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), contemporary psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, visualization and compassion practices to relieve suffering and empower patients to realize the best in themselves.

Sarah Hester, LMFT

Sarah is very experienced at treating adults and teens with anxiety, panic, stress, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and trauma recovery. Sarah also loves to support both men and women move through challenging transitions of marriage and parenting, and she has a special passion for helping women navigate perinatal and postpartum mood concerns, OCD behaviors. She also enjoys helping people work through difficult decisions, as well as to make positive changes with unwanted habits.

Jacqueline Ong, LCSW

Jacqueline works primarily with adults and couples. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based, culturally-responsive and collaborative. In addition to TEAM-CBT, she integrates and teaches skills from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), including mindfulness and distress tolerance. For work with couples, Jacqueline draws from her training as a Gottman Leader and Prepare-Enrich Facilitator.

Brandon Vance, MD

Brandon works collaboratively with couples, individuals and groups, using and teaching powerful tools to break through stuck patterns so that people can address their goals and feel great sustainably. He is a level 4 certified TEAM-CBT trainer and enjoys training and providing psychotherapy supervision. He has foundations in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Ketamine Therapy and Integrative Medicine. Brandon uses specific evidence-based techniques while attending to a person's mind, body, spirit, relationship, identity, community and cultural contexts.
